Leave The Page You Like

Are your Facebook Likes about to drop? It's possible with the new announcement from Facebook. In order to ensure every Like is relevant towards its overall data collection, the social media giant has announced that they will no longer include the Likes from memorialised or voluntarily deactivated accounts. On the face of it this update sounds like it could be detrimental to your business, however we wouldn't worry. This update won't affect the engagement you already have on your page, rather it removes data which has no impact other than Likes. While there is little chance that the status of a memorialised account will change, Facebook have also stated that should a deactivated account be reinstated, the Like will be reinstated as well.
